General
Art Trip is a streaming service (hereinafter the “Service”) maintained and administered by the Finnish National Gallery, business ID 0800570-3, at the address: taidetrippi.kansallisgalleria.fi.
The Service and the materials displayed there in any form, such as audio, video, images, texts and logos, are the property of the Finnish National Gallery or its partners and are protected by copyright, and may not be reproduced, used, stored, shared, distributed, transmitted, performed or displayed privately and/or publicly without the prior specific and written permission of the Finnish National Gallery.
Terms of delivery and using the Service
The content of the Service can be accessed at taidetrippi.kansallisgalleria.fi using various devices. Using and paying for the Service contents takes place through the website.
Terms of use
Content purchased from the Finnish National Gallery's Service, such as live broadcasts, videos and other similar products, is available to the customer only in accordance with the following terms of use:
The Service or part thereof may only be used for the personal and non-commercial purposes of the natural person who has placed the order, and the Service or part thereof may not be archived, copied, distributed, performed, displayed, transmitted, modified, disassembled, reverse engineered, broken down, published, offered for sale, rented or otherwise used without the prior written and express permission of the Finnish National Gallery.
The right of use is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Except as stated above, no right, title or interest is transferred to the customer.
Ordering and order confirmation
The customer registers with the Finnish National Gallery's Service when making a purchase and creates a personal profile (name, address, email). Identification is done with a single-use password. Ordered products are selected by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online shop's checkout function. By placing an order, you agree to these terms of use and the product prices. After purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, indicating the ordered products and the price. The order confirmation page that opens after purchase will contain a link to the purchased content. The link has also been sent to your email address. You can also log in to the Service with your email address and the single-use password sent to your email, after which your previous purchases and links to the content redeemed with them can be found on the Subscriptions page.
If the customer does not receive an order confirmation, the order was probably not successful, it is in the spam folder, or there was an error in the email address provided. In such a situation, we urge you to contact us without delay using the contact methods found in the “Complaints” section below.
Conclusion of the contract and payment
The contract is concluded when the customer has logged into the service and paid for the content they have selected. The contract is concluded between the customer and the Finnish National Gallery.
Payment and payment methods
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment processor and payment service provider in partnership with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the vendor. Paytrail Oyj has a valid payment institution license. In cases of complaints, the Finnish National Gallery should be contacted first.

The payment method is selected when placing the order. The Finnish National Gallery does not store or gain access to customers' card or account information.
Through the Paytrail service, you can pay with online banking credentials and payment cards (credit/debit) as well as mobile payments (mobile/google/apple/siirto-pay). All Finnish online banks as well as Visa and MasterCard cards are available.
All information regarding the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection.
Prices
Prices include value-added tax.
The product is sold at the price stated on the online store page at the time of order. The Finnish National Gallery reserves the right not to sell or deliver a product at a price that has been updated in the online store in a materially incorrect manner, for example due to technical or human reasons. In these cases, the Finnish National Gallery will contact the customer and reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund the price paid without any further liability for compensation.
Access period
The content purchased by the customer will be available to the customer immediately after the online shop has received confirmation from the payment system that the payment has been approved. The duration of the right of access is specified separately in the product information for each product.
Order cancellation
There is no right of cancellation or return for the products.
Complaints
The Finnish Finnish National Gallery has statutory liability for defects in products sold. Our primary goal is always to correct the error and help the customer with regard to the use of the service.

Liability and limitations of liability
The Finnish National Gallery is not liable for indirect damages. The Finnish National Gallery is not liable for problems that occur beyond its reasonable control (e.g. interruptions in the Internet connection of individual customers due to their Internet service provider or hardware compatibility problems) or their consequences. The Finnish National Gallery's liability for the Service or any damages related thereto is always limited to the price paid by the customer for the Service, unless otherwise provided by compelling Finnish law.
The Finnish National Gallery reserves the right to change and update the delivery and contract terms, prices, schedules and video contents without prior notice. The Finnish National Gallery operates in accordance with good merchant practices and complies with Finnish law. Unless otherwise provided by compelling legislation, disputes between the customer and the Finnish National Gallery will primarily be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court, applying Finnish law, however excluding international conflict of law provisions.

Force majeure
The Finnish National Gallery is not responsible for the non-functionality, delay or interruption of the service if the cause is a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Finnish National Gallery.
Customer register and privacy policy
Using the Service requires the customer to log in to the Finnish National Gallery's service system. The system stores the information provided by the customer when making a purchase.
